1. Shipping charges
We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹2,999. Orders below that amount are charged a flat shipping fee of ₹99.
2. Processing & delivery timelines
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.
3. Delivery areas
We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.
4. Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will share tracking details via WhatsApp or email so you can follow your shipment.
5. Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
6. Returns & exchanges
No general returns or exchanges
Due to the nature of fashion jewellery and hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size issues, or colour variation. Please review product descriptions and images carefully before placing your order.
7. Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
